The Top Ten Fantasy series books
This list is in alphabetical order and I have included an 11th and 12th. So consider this the top 12 fantasy series list :) Fantasy series can get very complex and there are literally thousands of books and various editions with all of these choices. Amber - This is a series of books by Roger Zelazny. There are three major series within this series they are The Corwin Cycle, The Merlin Cycle, and The Dawn of Amber. Amber Books
Belgariad - This is a five book series written by David Eddings. The Pawn of Prophecy, Queen of Sorcery, Magicians Gambit, Castle of Wizardry and Enchanter's End game. Belgariad Books

Discworld - This is a series of fantasy books with a serious comedic flair. and they are written by Terry Pratchett. The series was begun in 1983 with The Colour of Magic. Discworld Books
Earthsea - A series of fantasy novels by Ursula K. LeGuin; There are currently five novels in the series and it began with A Wizard of Earthsea. EarthSea Books

Elric - This is the name of the character that is featured in the series written by Michael Moorcock. The series began with the book Elric of Melnibone. There are six novels in the original series and other works have been added including later novels and an additional trilogy. Elric Books
Lankhmar - This is a series of books written by Fritz Leiber. The name Lankhmar is the name of a city. Two of the more popular Lankhmar books are Ill met in Lankhmar and The Swords of Lankhmar. Lankhmar Books
